Course Overview

The Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration (PGDEA) is a diploma program, which focuses on skills in human relationship, problem solving, community relationship and community cooperation. Other topics covered include information technology and its application in educational administration, evaluation methodology and research. The PGDEA program also focuses on the Legal Aspects of Educational Administration, Guidance, and Counselling. At the end of the program, the candidates are supposed to complete a “Project”. Project-based learning is a dynamic approach to teaching in which candidates explore real-world problems and challenges. With this type of active and engaged learning, candidates shall be inspired to obtain a deeper knowledge of the courses they are studying.

Eligibilty

  • Bachelor's degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • International Graduate from a recognized/accredited University / Institution.
  • Students who have appeared for the final year of examination of their bachelor's degree program and are awaiting results can also apply, subject to successfully completing their bachelor's degree program / graduation within the time period specified by IPSD.
