Dr. Martin Dramou
Dr. Martin Dramou serves as the President of PATHS University and is a distinguished educator, scholar, and higher education leader whose career reflects a lifelong commitment to academic excellence, educational innovation, and community development.
Born in Tamoe, Guinea, West Africa, he began his educational journey in his native village before continuing his studies in Côte d’Ivoire and Cameroon. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Douala and later served for five years with USAID through the Academy for Educational Development, where he contributed to initiatives that strengthened educational systems and expanded access to quality education throughout Guinea.
Following his relocation to the United States, Dr. Dramou earned a Master of Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Grand Canyon University. With more than 25 years of experience teaching mathematics and leading educational initiatives, he is widely recognized for his student-centered approach, commitment to academic excellence, and passion for preparing future leaders.
As President, Dr. Dramou provides visionary leadership that advances the University’s mission to deliver accessible, innovative, and globally relevant higher education. He champions an academic model that integrates the strengths of Anglophone and Francophone educational systems while remaining responsive to Africa’s diverse cultures, emerging technologies, and workforce needs.
