Mr. Raphael Eshun

Mr. Raphael Eshun serves as the Vice President for Budget and Finance and Financial Aid at PATHS University, where he provides executive leadership for financial operations, budgeting, financial planning, financial aid administration, resource management, compliance, risk management, and long-term fiscal sustainability.

With more than 14 years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, and public sector leadership, he is committed to strengthening the University’s financial integrity while supporting strategic decision-making and institutional growth.

Mr. Eshun holds an MBA in Finance from Lovely Professional University, India, an MA in Economics from Assam Don Bosco University, India, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Development Studies at Africa Research University, Zambia.

Recognized for his integrity, strategic leadership, and commitment to sound financial stewardship, he is dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and responsible resource management.
