Graduation & Diplomas
Learn how to apply for graduation, understand the final steps toward completing your degree, and access diploma and transcript services through the Office of the Registrar.
Applying for Graduation
Students who plan to graduate must formally apply for graduation through the Office of the Registrar.
Applying for graduation ensures that your academic record will be reviewed to confirm that all degree requirements have been completed.
Students should apply during the semester in which they expect to complete their degree requirements.
- Confirm you have completed all degree requirements
- Submit the graduation application through the Registrar
- Check all deadlines for commencement participation
Commencement Participation
Students who have completed all degree requirements are eligible to participate in commencement.
The University will communicate commencement dates, ceremony logistics, and regalia instructions prior to graduation.
Participation in commencement does not replace the requirement to complete all academic requirements for the degree.
Diplomas
Diplomas are issued after the Registrar confirms that all degree requirements have been satisfied.
Diplomas are typically mailed to students after final degree verification is completed.
Students should ensure that their mailing address is correct in the student system before graduation.
Transcripts
Official transcripts are available through the Office of the Registrar.
Students may request transcripts for employment, graduate school applications, or other official purposes.
Transcript ordering services may require identity verification and processing time.
