Course Overview
The Professional Diploma in Project Management (PDPM) is an advanced professional programme designed to equip participants with high-level competencies in managing complex, multi-phase, and multi-project environments.
The programme covers predictive (waterfall), agile, and hybrid project management methodologies to prepare professionals for dynamic operational contexts across industries. Emphasis is placed on project governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, financial control, leadership in project environments, and the use of digital project management tools.

Professional Experience (Alternative Pathway)

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibility in projects
• Professional CV subject to academic review
