Course Overview
The Professional Diploma in Estate Management (PDEM) is an advanced professional programme designed to develop strategic expertise in property valuation, real estate finance, asset portfolio management, land economics, and property law.
The programme prepares professionals to manage real estate assets strategically, optimize property portfolios, and maximize investment returns in both domestic and global markets. Professional Experience (Alternative Pathway)

• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in property management, real estate consultancy, valuation, land administration, or urban development
• Demonstrated supervisory or portfolio management responsibilities
• Professional CV subject to academic review
